Today I was involved in photographing for a clothing brand called A TO B. These are a a relatively new company who begun in around 2012, they produce a number of different T-shirts and also different styles of hats. I was asked to help them out on a shoot, photographing their latest launch of designs. I took them to the Northern Quarter in Manchester and we stayed there walking around from about 9am- 12.30pm. This was a very relaxed style shoot that involved a professional model and a stylist. I chose to edit may of the photographs due to the fact that in all honesty they didn't turn out as well as I wanted them to. I have produced a number of shoots similar to this which have turned out very well but this one didn't seem to work due to location and other factors. Therefore, it was imperative that I edit the photographs that did turn out well.
Below are some of the edits that I produced from the shoot.
Through post production editing, I have been able to make the most of the photographs that turned out, I have been able to save the shoot and turn it around due to the help of photoshop. I really had to develop my personal skills and this brief has enabled me to do just that. I am happy that this real life brief has been able to provide me with a real opportunity to develop one of my objectives and I am happy with the way that it has turned out.
